Check-in information
To enjoy your spa experience to the fullest, we recommend you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. We invite you to relax in our co-ed steam room or relaxation lounge.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Credit cards are required to secure all appointments. To avoid charges, please honor our 24-hour advance notice cancellation policy for single treatments. Spa packages and group reservations require 48-hour notice. Late cancellations will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service or package price. No-shows will be charged full menu price.
Late Arrival Policy
As a courtesy to our other guests, appointments will be automatically cancelled
10 minutes after scheduled start time and charged according to cancellation policy. Late arrivals within the
10 minute grace period will end at the regularly scheduled time.
Gratuities
We are committed to providing superior service to our guests. Our prices do not include gratuity. If you wish to leave a gratuity, you may do so at the spa reception desk. Gratuity of 18% will be added to groups of 5 or more.
Personal Possessions
Lockers are provided for our guests. We have separate locker rooms for men and women. As we are not liable for the loss of or damage to personal articles, please do not bring valuables to the spa.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards are a wonderful way to give the gift of health. You may
purchase Gift Cards at the spa reception desk, on-line, or by calling 541.383.8282.
Gift cards are valid for products or services only and must be presented for redemption. Gift cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
